Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Present to Succeed UK Ltd, a joint venture company (the “Organizer”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and the individual purchasing a ticket or attending the Present to Succeed Conference in London (the “Attendee”, “you”, “your”).
 

These Terms govern access to and participation in the Present to Succeed Conference, held both in person at Olympia, London, and online (the “Conference”).
 

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
 

1. Definitions
 

Attendee – any individual who has purchased or been allocated a valid ticket to attend the Conference in person or online.
 

Conference – the Present to Succeed Conference held on 21 May, hosted in person at Olympia, London, and streamed online.
 

Venue – Olympia, London.
 

Website – the official Conference website operated under the presenttosucceed.co.uk domain.
 

Online Platform – the digital platform used to stream the Conference and host online participation (currently Swapcard).
 

2. Tickets
 

Attendance at the Conference requires the purchase of a valid ticket from the Website.
 

Ticket Types

  • Local Access (In-Person) – access to the Conference at the Venue, online streaming access, recordings with lifetime access, coffee, water, swag, and the closing cocktail networking event.

  • Global Access (In-Person) – includes all Local Access benefits plus access to the Sofia event via live stream and recordings.

  • Local Access (Online) – online participation in the London Conference and lifetime access to recordings.

  • Global Access (Online) – online participation in the London Conference plus online access to the Sofia event and recordings.
     

All tickets include lifetime access to Conference recordings.
 

Masterclasses

Masterclasses (workshops) are held on the same day and at the same Venue, running parallel to Conference sessions.

Attendance requires:

  • a valid Local or Global In-Person ticket, and

  • the purchase of a separate Masterclass upgrade ticket.
     

3. Ticket Assignment and Delivery
 

Each ticket is issued to a single Attendee and may not be shared.
Tickets are delivered electronically via email after successful payment.

Any attempt to use a single ticket for multiple attendees or to resell tickets without authorisation will result in cancellation without refund.
 

4. Ticket Upgrades
 

Attendees may upgrade their tickets (including adding a Masterclass) up to 24 hours before the Conference by contacting info@presenttosucceed.com.

Downgrades are not permitted.
 

5. Refunds and Cancellation
 

You may cancel your ticket purchase within 30 days of purchase, provided the Conference has not yet started, to receive a full refund via the original payment method.
 

Once the Conference has started, no refunds will be issued.

If the in-person Conference cannot take place due to force majeure circumstances, the event will be converted to an online-only format. In such cases:

  • all tickets will be converted to online access automatically,

  • no refunds will be provided.
     

6. Access to the Conference
 

In-Person Access

  • Entry requires a valid ticket and the wearing of the provided bracelet at all times.

  • Security staff will be present at the Venue.

  • Medical assistance will be available on site.

  • Coffee, water, swag, and the closing cocktail are included. Food is not included unless otherwise stated.
     

Online Access

  • Online access is provided via the Online Platform.

  • Attendees are responsible for ensuring compatible devices and internet access.

  • We are not liable for technical issues caused by the Attendee’s equipment or connectivity.
     

7. Attendee Conduct
 

All Attendees must behave respectfully and professionally.
 

We reserve the right to remove any Attendee (online or in person) whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, unsafe, or unlawful, without refund.
 

8. Recordings, Photography, and Media
 

All sessions will be recorded. Photographers and video crews will be present.

By attending the Conference, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you may appear in photographs or recordings,

  • such materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes,

  • no opt-out from recording or photography is available.

Attendees may take photos and short videos for personal or social media use but may not record or redistribute full sessions.
 

9. Intellectual Property
 

All Conference content, materials, recordings, and branding are the intellectual property of the Organizer or its licensors.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
 

10. Limitation of Liability
 

We are not liable for:

  • personal injury, loss, or damage to property at the Venue (except where caused by proven negligence),

  • travel or accommodation costs,

  • reliance on information provided by speakers.
     

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for your ticket.
 

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay, postponement, or conversion of the Conference due to events beyond our reasonable control.
 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
