  • Photographs and video recordings captured during the Conference
     

Technical Data

  • IP address, browser type, device data, and login activity (collected by Swapcard)
     

3. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data to:

  • manage ticketing and attendance,

  • provide access to the Conference and recordings,

  • communicate event updates,

  • deliver online streaming services,

  • analyse event engagement,

  • promote future events.

We process personal data based on:

5. Sharing Personal Data

Personal data may be shared with:

  • service providers (Swapcard, MailerLite, Stripe, PayPal),

  • sponsors only where an Attendee voluntarily interacts with them.

No automatic sharing of attendee data with sponsors occurs.

Some service providers may process data outside the UK or EEA.
Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other lawful safeguards.
 

7. Retention

  • Event attendee data: retained for 3 years

  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn

  • Analytics data: retained in accordance with provider policies

You have the right to:

  • access your data,

  • request correction or deletion,

  • withdraw consent,

  • object to processing,

  • lodge a complaint with the ICO.
     

9. Photography and Recordings

Attendance at the Conference constitutes consent to photography and recording. No opt-out is available.
