MISSION CRITICAL STORYTELLING

This session is focused on the "Truth in Ten" rule, teaching you how to deliver high-stakes, persuasive narratives in under ten minutes. By applying the "4 Words" (Brevity, Levity, Clarity, and Charity), you will learn to strip away technical complexity to find the emotional heart of your message. The session introduces a structural "5 Lines" framework—Headline, Outline, Frontline, Sideline, and Bottom Line—to ensure every presentation is both logically sound and narratively compelling. Ultimately, it bridges the gap between complex data and executive action by turning information into a story that sticks.

The Story You Tell About Your Presentation – How Mindset Shapes Impact

When we step on stage, we don’t just tell a story – we are a story. Every presentation is framed by the mindset we bring into it: the inner narrative about ourselves, our audience, and our message. Drawing on insights from Lucid Living’s "Great Story – Overcomer Story – Victim Story" framework, Hanne Lindbæk will explore how leaders and professionals can shift their inner storytelling to create clarity, presence, and genuine impact. Through a mix of theatre, behavioral science, and corporate leadership experience, this session will reveal why the way you think about your presentation matters just as much as the slides you show.

The 1-Second Chart®: Because Nobody's Got Time for Anything More

Overly complicated charts don’t just confuse—they waste time. The best visualizations tell their story in a single glance. By understanding the narrative behind your numbers and applying clear design principles, you can create “billboard-like” visuals that communicate instantly. Become a Maestro of Slides. How to Juggle Multiple Tools to Create Stunning Presentations

The best musicians are rarely limited to one instrument; they’re multi-instrumentalists. The same goes for presenters. Once you master several tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Beautiful.ai, Adobe, etc.) and integrate them into a central hub like PowerPoint, your slides reach another level. In this talk, I’ll show how to combine different tools into one smooth workflow.

Speak To Succeed: Voice Secrets That Stop Your Audience Scrolling and Start Listening

Ever wondered why some speakers move people and others don’t? Your voice is your most powerful instrument - the key to your humanity. When you know how to play it your energy, tone and emotion make you stand out. The problem is that most people don’t use their voice’s full range and power - and it holds them back, not least in an age where ai voices already sound synthetic and flat. Your voice is the key to your humanity and it’s time to find its power. In this practical interactive session Caroline Goyder shares how to use your voice with passion and presence so you win the hearts minds and buy in of your audience. Drawing on her 11 million view Tedx talk, Caroline breaks down how to shift your tone, pace, and energy to transform how others feel when you speak. You’ll learn how to: •Find your expressive voice rather than the flat one you hear on recordings (and learn how to like that voice on recordings too…) •Command attention when you speak, no matter how daunting the audience. •Dial up credibility and warmth so your message lands with real impact, even if you feel nervous. Expect live demos, practical coaching, and practical takeaways to change how you sound forever. Whether you’re pitching, presenting, or persuading, this is your chance to find a voice that lights up a room - real or virtual.

Authenticity on Stage: Why Effortless Beats Impressive

Real authenticity is not found in personality, bravery, or self-expression. It sits in attention. Authenticity starts when you shift your focus from wanting to look good to wanting to be of value. From seeking validation to seeking connection. The moment that shift happens, something changes. The body relaxes, the voice settles, and communication becomes clearer and more human. Not because you try harder, but because you stop managing the impression you are making. The talk challenges common misconceptions around authenticity because being authentic does not mean being unprepared, unfiltered, or overly personal. When a speaker is authentic, the audience feels safer, more at ease, and more willing to engage. In that sense, authenticity is not self-focused at all.

The Skill AI Can’t Fake: How commanding presence wins in a world of infinite information

We live in a world drowning in information and starving for trust. Attention has never been shorter. Authority has never been more questionable. And AI has made it easier than ever to produce content that sounds credible, looks polished, and means nothing. In that world, there is one place where none of that is true. The stage. When you stand in front of a room, you can't hide behind an algorithm. You can't buy reach. You can't fake presence. And for the first time in a long time, that gives the people who can actually speak a truly unfair advantage. This talk isn't about public speaking tips. It's about why the ability to hold a room is becoming one of the most valuable, and most underinvested, skills in business. And what separates the people who have it from everyone who's still waiting to feel ready.

Improv and being OK with the unknown

As AI floods the world with flawless content, our appetite for the human, the real, and the unpolished has never been greater. In this talk, I’ll explore why perfection no longer persuades - and how immediacy, vulnerability, and imperfection are fast becoming the most valuable presentation skills of the future. Because when everything can be generated, it’s our humanity that makes us unforgettable.

Design the feeling in the room

In business, we obsess over clarity, logic, and data. But decisions rarely happen there. They happen in the feeling people walk away with. In this talk, Damon shows why emotion, not information, is what drives attention, trust, and decisions in presentations. Drawing from real-world examples and years of high-stakes work, he breaks down how to intentionally design the feeling you leave behind, and why that feeling decides what happens next. This talk isn’t about making presentations prettier or louder. It’s about making them matter.

Present a complex idea in a simple way

Even the smartest ideas fall flat if your audience doesn’t get it. It’s not the idea that’s the problem, it’s the way it's framed. That’s why clarity, not charisma, is the secret weapon of great presenters. In this engaging, story-driven keynote, Ryan J. Warriner unpacks a proven approach to turning any complex idea into simple, audience-friendly narratives that resonate. Whether you’re leading a team, explaining a new strategy, or pitching a technical concept, you’ll learn how to use structure, contrast, and empathy to make your message land. Packed with real-world examples from top executives and brands, this talk reveals the storytelling techniques that help audiences grasp, remember, and buy into your ideas, faster and with greater confidence.

Why Good Slides Fail: the hidden handoffs that kill clarity, consistency, and momentum

Even strong slides can fall apart once they move through a modern organization—handoffs multiply, feedback conflicts, versions fork, and “small” edits slowly erode the story. This talk breaks down the most common handoff failure points (ownership, inputs, reviews, and reuse) and shares a practical operating model to keep decks coherent as they travel across teams. Attendees leave with simple rules and templates to reduce rework, speed alignment, and ship better presentations under real-world constraints.

The hidden cost of bad presentation culture

A “presentation” used to be a human act of sharing ideas. Now it’s a file format. We’ve allowed slides to hijack the spotlight - at a cost much greater than expected. In this keynote, we’ll explore how common corporate habits around PowerPoint are damaging culture, decision-making, and leadership impact — and how we can bring the power back to the speaker. Three misconceptions that will be addressed: •We need more info on the slides in order to use it as a handout” •Send out a pre-read, so that the meeting is more efficient” •I didn’t have time to make my slides “pretty”.

Transform your presentations into flexible, real-time conversations that win attention, trust, and decisions. Whether you lead teams, brief clients, pitch, or sell, Conversational Presenting will help you communicate with greater clarity, impact, and trust—leaving your audience saying, “That was the best meeting we’ve had in months.” In this session, Spencer will show you how to move from one-way broadcasting to a modern approach where presentations adapt in real time to your audience. You’ll learn how to structure content so people can participate, guide the discussion, and get straight to the parts that matter most to them—turning every meeting into a meaningful conversation and every presentation into real momentum.

The Skill AI Can’t Fake - How commanding presence wins in a world of infinite information

To swear or not to swear: The power of profanity in speeches

From Taylor Swift to Trump and Thunberg there’s been a proliferation of profanities recently in public discourse. In this keynote, Simon Lancaster explores how swearing works, why swearing works and what we can do to ensure we swear appropriately, effectively and with style.
