We were recently with two different companies, and as part of our sessions, we asked the teams: Do you know what KPIs (or OKRs, if applicable) your managers care about or are evaluated on?

Very few people did.

You’ll be a much stronger presenter if you do know these things. The reason? You can map your idea to their priorities and explain how it supports them.
